Big Bend State Park, Texas, Closed Canyon trail. Absolutely gorgeous little trail on the south side of the park, with 200' high cliffs flanking the slot canyon and a pouroff at the end into the Rio Grande River.

Ernst Tinaja trail in big bend national park, Texas. Absolutely gorgeous scenery, at the end of a really rough 4wd road. The lower cliffs are 20' and the larger outer cliffs are 100' high, and all the rock looks like taffy that's been folded over and over.
